Refund Policy

At A. Nichol Studio, all services are custom, time-based, and delivered digitally. Due to the digital nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review the details below before booking.
 

Deposits & Payment Plans

• All projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project start date.

• The deposit reserves your place in our schedule and covers planning, preparation, and creative work that begins on your project start date.

• Payment plans are available for select services. By enrolling in a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

 

Please note:
If a project is canceled, there are no refunds for any payments already made, including deposits and completed payment plan installments.

Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on timely communication and content delivery. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Chargebacks
By booking services with A. Nichol Studio, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension and forfeiture of deliverables.
