Refund Policy

At A. Nichol Studio, all services are custom, time-based, and delivered digitally. Due to the digital nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review the details below before booking.

Refunds & Payments
All payments including deposits and service fees are non-refundable. Payments secure your project date and cover planning, preparation, and creative work that begins immediately. Once a project has started, refunds will not be issued for any reason, including cancellations, pauses, delays, or changes in scope.

Client Responsibilities
Project timelines depend on timely communication and content delivery. Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Chargebacks
By booking services with A. Nichol Studio, you agree not to initiate chargebacks. Chargebacks filed in violation of this policy may result in immediate service suspension and forfeiture of deliverables.
