Every project begins with a Discovery Call. This a chance for us to connect, talk through your vision, and outline your goals. From there, you'll complete a brand questionnaire that helps us uncover your ideal audience, visiual style, and content needs. This stage builds the foundation for a design that feels intentional, aligned, and uniquely yours.

Design & Develop
With strategy in place, your website begins to take shape. We create a homepage concept to establish the visual direction, then build the full site inside Wix Studio. Every element is designed to aligned with your brand identity and user experience goals.
03.
Refine & Review
Once your intital design is complete, you'll have time to explore and provide feedback. We'll refine the details together through up to three rounds of revisions, fine tuning visuals, copy, and flow to ensure the final product feel cohesive and complete.
04.
Launch & Support
After final approval, we handle the technical side - connecting your domain, optimizing SEO, and preparing your site for launch. After launch, you'll get 14 days of post launch support to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Frequently Asked Questions
A payment plan is available only for our Fully Custom Website Design service.
Each client is required to provide a 30% non-refundable deposit at the beginning of the process. We offer a three (3) payment installment plan. The first payment is 30% of the total cost of the project to hold your spot. The remaining balance will be split into two (2) payments.
For all other services, payment must be paid in full before the start of the customization or design process.
All design services payments are accepted through PayPal.

Fully Custom Website Design Package - If at any point during the design process you are unhappy with the direction of my work or performance, you can cancel the project. Any cancellation will be subject to applicable cancellation fees. Please note the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
For all other services, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied.
There are NO refunds or exchanges for Website Template Purchases.
Yes! To have your website up and running, you'll need to have:
A WIX account
Please visit www.wix.com to view WIX available monthly and yearly plans. WIX account plans are NOT included in our design package.
Purchase a domain
Purchasing a domain can cost approxiately $20/year depending on the provider. This purchase is NOT included in the design package and must be purchase separately.
Unique Fonts, Stock photos, etc. (if applicable)
These must be purchased by you and sent to us to be added to the website as some of these items may require a license to use.
We do not offer website maintenance packages. Our services are focused solely on website design. However, your Fully Custom Website Design package includes 14 days of design support after launch.
This support covers:

Support with any immediate design revisions or updates

Once the final product is completed and you have sent the remaining payment, all ownership is transfer to you as long as my credit is left at the bottom of your website.
